Tortellini with cream and ham


(x 4 people)

  • 500 gr fresh tortellini
  • 200 gr ham cut into cubes
  • 25 gr butter
  • 125 ml cream for cooking
  • 60 gr grated Parmesan cheese
  • ground black pepper


Take the slices of ham, remove the fat and cut into cubes, melt the butter in a pan and fry the ham into cubes for a few seconds..

Then add the cream and mix well together, let all cook a few minutes. At this point macinatevi black pepper to taste, pour a tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese and remove from the heat.

Drain your tortellini, stir-fried with hot sauce and completed with a handful of grated Parmesan cheese and ground black pepper.
