Paccheri with seafood


(x 4 people)

  • 400 gr. paccheri
  • 300 gr. squid
  • 300 gr. mussels
  • 200 gr. shrimp
  • 100 gr. breadcrumbs
  • olive oil
  • 1 dl white wine
  • parsley – chili pepper
  • garlic


Wash the mussels, shrimp, squid under running water, pat dry and set aside. Fry the squid in oil, add the white wine, salt. After a while, add the shrimp, after 5 min. the mussels. Paccheri seasoned with the sauce. Add garlic jumped in oil with parsley and breadcrumbs.
